Avocado Basil Pesto on Zooooooodles!

Ingredients:

2 raw zucchini (small)
1 avocado
1 lemon
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 fresh basil or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Cherry tomatoes to garnish

Instructions:

Spiralize your zucchini.  I have a spiralizer, but you can do it with a peeler.  Don't cook them!  Set aside
Blend the avocado, lemon, powders and basil in a high speed blender or food processor.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour over zoodles, stir up, and garnish with tomatoes or anything that strikes your fancy.  You could also blend up some raw cashews and sprinkle over the top.

I could have eaten the whole thing, but if you are trying to lose weight that is a lot of fat.  Healthy fats, but still fat.
