Ingredients:
1 cup mashed sweet potato
1/2 cup nut butter (your choice. I used almond)
2/3 cups cacao powder
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Pour into a pan lined with parchment paper. I should have used a loaf pan, as they came out pretty thin. They are rich though, so a little goes a long way.
Bake for 15-25 minutes. Use a toothpick to see that the middle is done.
I placed semi sweet chips on top. (milk free of course)
