Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups wheat flour
3 tsp. baking pwd
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cup soy milk, or any plant milk
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 cups berries (I used blueberries, and raspberries)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350
Mix the flour and baking pwd together
Mix the wet ingredients together.
Pour the wet into the dry ingredients and mix. Make sure all the flour lumps are gone.
Pour in the berries and mix.
Pour into a parchment lined pan, and bake for 45 minutes.
Enjoy with powdered sugar, or a bit of maple syrup.
