Ingredients:
1 whole cabbage
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup onion, diced
8 cups water (I used vegetable broth)
1 beef or chicken bouillon (I used better the bouillon equivalent to 1 cube)
30 oz tomato sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar (I used coconut palm)
1/4 ketchup
Instructions:
Cut cabbage in half, then cut out the hard core at the bottom (discard or save it for vegetable broth homemade) Chope remaing cabbage and set aside.
Line a large pot with a thin layer of water or vegetable broth and saute cabbe, celery, and onion until tender. Add water, bouillon, plus salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce, sugar, and ketchup. I added 2 cups of cooked rice, and it got pretty think so I added more water. I also added greens (spinach)
