Cauliflower or Broccoli Wings

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower cut into small to medium chunks
1 cup wheat flour (you could use any kind)
1 cup of plant milk  (I used soy)
1 cup panko
1 cup of BBQ sauce, or red hot wing sauce

Instructions:

Mix the milk and flour together until smooth.

Place the panko in another bowl.

Coat cauliflower with the milk and flour mixture.

Dip them in the panko flakes

Place in the air fryer on 400 degrees until crispy.  I think it took about 20 minutes.  You can also do this in the oven, but they don't come out as crispy.

When they are done, dip them in the BBQ or red hot sauce, and bake for another 5 minutes.  Enjoy!
