Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients: 

1 large head of cauliflower
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1 tsp. olive oil (optional, I didn't use any)
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Zest of 1/4 lime
Smoked paprika

Instructions:

Mix the juice of the lime and lemon, and add in the garlic clove. 

Wash the cauliflower, and remove the green stems that are on the bottom.  Just keep the main part of the stem in place so that it will hold your steaks together. 

Cut the cauliflower in half, and then cut steaks about 1 inch thick.  I got 3 out of mine.

Brush the cauliflower with the the juices and fry in a grill pan for 5 minutes on both sides

Place in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until fork tender.
