Ingredients:
1 medium sweet onion, or any kind you like
1 whole head of garlic
1 Tbls miso (or not)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika (I used smoked)
1-2 cooked Yukon potatoes (I left the skins on)
