Cheesy Sauce Revised With Seven Layer Dip

Ingredients:

3-4 yukon or red potatoes  (I used reds) peeled and cubed
8 ounces carrots cut into chunks
1/4 cup plus 2 TBLS nutritional yeast
2 Tbls lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. djion mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. turmeric

Instructions:

In water boil potatoes and carrots together for 10 minutes.

Save 1/2 cup of the potato water.

Combine the potatoes and carrots and 1/2 cup of the water in a blender.  Add the spices and blend until smooth.

You can use this sauce in pasta, or bean dips, or where ever you use cheese!  YUMMY!
