Ingredients:
2 cups Medjool pitted dates
1 1/2 - 2 cups water
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. I used my blendtec, and blend until creamy. I started with 1 1/2 cups of water, and added more to make it creamy.
Keeps in the fridge for up to 1 week.
