Garlic Alfredo Sauce (Eating you Alive Recipe)!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw cashews
1 onion
4 large garlic cloves
1-2 cups of veggie broth
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 Tbls fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Soak raw cashews in water overnight.  If you have a high speed blender you can skip this step, and I do, but I still soaked them so that it would come out creamy.

In a large pan with 1 cup of veggie broth, saute onions and garlic.  Saute until the broth is evaporated, and the onions are nice and tender.

Place the onions and garlic in a high speed blender with 3/4 cup more broth.  Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend until smooth.  Add spices to taste.
