Garlicky Kale Salad (Mrs. Plant)

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale, washed, dried WELL, and ripped into small pieces
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. tahini
2 T. low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos ( I only used 1 T.)
2 T. apple cider vinegar
4 T. nutritional yeast
2 cloves of garlic

Instructions:

I dried my kale by putting it in a bowl that spins to remove all the water.

Blend the ingredients minus the kale in a blender, and pour over the kale.  Let it sit in the fridge for an hour.  (I couldn't wait that long!)  I let it sit maybe 20 minutes.

I ate this whole salad!!!!!  It was so good!  Serves 2!  LOL

I put sesame seeds, falafel and cherry tomatoes on top!
