Homemade Soy Yogurt in the Ipot

Ingredients:

32 oz carton of soy milk.  This must be plain, and only 2 ingredients i.e. filtered water and soybeans.  If you get it with any gums, it will slow the process or completely stop it.
Probiotic capsule.  It must be a capsule and not a tablet.

Instructions:

Open the carton of soy milk, and open the capsule of a probiotic and pour it into the carton of soy milk.  Close the carton, and shake it up very well.

Pour the contents into a glass quart jar.  You can divide it up into pints if you like, but it will work just fine in a quart jar.  Do not cover it.

Set the Ipot to the yogurt setting, and set the time to 12 hours.

After 12 hours take it out of the ipot, and store it in the fridge.  It's not really thick, but I mixed it with some fruit, and maple syrup and it was yummy.  This is one way to make yogurt, and I'm going to try it a different way next time.

If you save a 1-2 Tbls of the yogurt, you can use that as a start for the next batch, but I think I'm just going to use the probiotic again.  Great gut bacteria!

I added raspberries in the middle, and bananas and grapenuts on top.
