Garlic Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

1 package of pasta  (I would have used whole wheat had I had some)
4 cups of cauliflower frozen or fresh
1/4 nutritional yeast
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ( or more to thin out as you like)
4 gloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp vegetable stock powder (I used the liquid stock)
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup of frozen peas
pinch of pepper (I used more)
pinch of red pepper flakes for plate (optional)
I'm trying to not salt my food, but if you want to go for it.

Cook pasta as per instructions on the box.  While water is boiling cook the cauliflower florets until soft.  Cook the peas.  Blend the cauliflower florets in a blender with milk, nutritional yeast, garlic and baggie stock and onion powder.  Add more milk if it's too think.  (I used my blendtec)

When pasta is cooked, drain and put back in the pot.  Add the contents of the blender to the pasta, dump in cooked peas and mix well.  Put pasta on a plate and add some pepper flakes if you wish.
