Kale Chips

Ingredients:

Kale
And whatever spices or seasonings you want.

Salt and vinegar is super good
2 Tbls of apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt

I love garlic so one day I washed up some kale and let it stay a bit damp so the pwd garlic would stick.  I used it to taste, and added a bit of salt.

The sky is the limit, and you can use any kind of kale to your liking.

Instructions:

Wash and dry if you would like, but the seasonings doesn't stick well.  Dry dinosaur kale a bit as it's flat.  Add seasonings and mix with your hands until seasoning is mixed through.  I don't use oil at all.

Place on a sheet with parchment paper and place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.  Don't let it burn!  They really crisp up as they cool.

I ate the whole bunch! Great way to get your green in!   Nom nom nom
