Lasagna Soup

Ingredients:

1 bottle of pasta sauce (about 2 cups)
2 cups veggie broth
1 large pepper any color
Mushrooms (as many as you like)
5 lasagna noodles broken up
1/2 cup lentils
Fennel to taste (I used dried, but fresh would be so good!)
I added spinach 2 handfuls I did it after the picture.

Instructions:

Pour pasta sauce, and veggie broth in a large pan.  Stir them together.  Add the rest of the ingredients.
Let it cook until the noodles and the lentils are soft.  Stir in greens and let them wilt.

Serve!

Cashew ricotta would be good on top, but I was too lazy to make it.  lol  Here is a link
