Vegan Macaroni and Cheese Made From A Mix

Ingredients:

3/4 C. nutritional yeast
1 C.  raw cashews
1/4 C. oat flour (Just made it myself in my blender)
1/4 C tapioca flour
1 Tbls. paprika
1 Tbls. date sugar (I used coconut sugar)
2 tsp. powdered mustard
2 tsp. salt (opinional)
2 tsp. onion powder

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blended it all up until the cashews were dust.

To make mac and cheese take 1/3 cup of mix and 1 cup of water or plant milk and whisk together.

Cook 1 cup  pasta until al dente, drain but leave a bit of the pasta water.  Place the mix with the milk into the pasta and heat through.  It will thicken, just watch it.

I stir fried some veggies of choice.  It was really good!
