Morning Oats

Ingredients:

1 cup water or almond milk or any other type of nut milk
1/2 cup oats
1/2 sweet potato
Cinnamon, nutmeg to taste
raisins, craisins however many you like
1 banana

Instructions:

In a sauce pan combine water, oats, sweet potato, banana, spices, and craisins.  Bring to a boil, and let it cook to desired thickness.

Pour into a bowl and add toppings like nuts, pure maple syrup, chocolate chunks, anything that sounds good.

I cooked my with water, and added the nut milk when it was finished.  I don't add too many nuts as they contain a lot of fat.

This makes a lot, and you can put half in the fridge for tomorrow, share it with a friend or eat the whole thing like I did this morning!  I eat until I'm full.
