Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

2 cups vegetable broth
2 Tbls low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbls tahini
1/4 brown rice flour  (I used tapioca flour)
pepper

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat stirring occasionally until smooth and thick.  
I added mushrooms after sautéing  them in a bit of water.

The next time I make this I'm going to add some spices, as it was kind of bland.  Poultry seasoning, sage, maybe a bit of onion flakes etc.  Just experiment.  

The veggies were roasted in the oven at 400 degrees until done.  Yum!
