Oil Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour, (or any flour you choose)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda (totally forgot it, but you can see they turned out!)  lol
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup plant milk (I used Ripple unsweetened vanilla)
10 dates
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Soak your dates if they aren't fresh.  Then blend them up with the milk.

Place dry ingredients in a bowl.

Then add the milk and dates to the bowl.  Mix them up.

Add the chocolate chips

Bake for 12-20 minutes.  Until golden brwon
