One Pot Pasta

Ingredients:

16 oz. pasta (any form) Not spaghetti
1 can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
2-3 cups water
veggies of your choice
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tblsp fennel

All spices are to taste

Instructions:

Place pasta, sauces and spices in a pot, and stir in water.  Let the pasta come to a boil.  If you have to add more water do so, so the pasta gets cooked.  Add any vegetables (I added spinach, and frozen stir fry veggies) when the pasta is about done. Add as much nutritional yeast to taste.  I say the more the better!

Tada!  Done!  EAT!
