Ingredients:
4 mushrooms, double recipe if you have more people to feed. Serving size is 2
(Remove stems, and gills)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic and onion powder
salt and ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix water, vinegar, soy sauce, oregano, garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper. Place the mushrooms in a freezer bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes. I marinated them for over an hour and they were perfect.
Grill them on the bbq or fry them on top of the stove and cover with a lid. Remember just use water! No oil.
