Raita Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup of plain yogurt (I used the soy yogurt that I made in the Ipot)
1/2 cup grated cucumber
1-2 Tbsp. cilantro (I didn't have any, and it still is very good)
1/2 stalk of green onion (You can you regular onion, but I love green onion for this recipe)
1/8 tsp. coriander
1/8 tsp. cumin
1/8- 1/4 tsp salt (I didn't use)

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix together

Good to have on any Indian food, or a dip for fresh veggies

Also good on my Lentil and Sweet Potato Curry
