Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, large or small up to you.
1/2 cup tahini
2 tsp. turmeric
1-2 tsp. chili powder
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt substitute (I use the Costco brand
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix tahini, turmeric, chili powder, garlic clove, paprika, garlic powder, cumin and salt substitute together in a small bowl.
Clean cauliflower from the green stem and remove part of the stem. Keep the cauliflower whole.
Place cauliflower on a pan covered with parchment paper or a silpat.
Pour sauce over the cauliflower, and rub it into all the crevices with your hands. Place in preheated oven and cook for 1 hour. After 30 minutes tent with foil.
You can place in a taco shell, with some cashew sour cream, or just eat it alone which is what we did. Soooo good!

This was a very tasty meal. The tahini I used was thick, so I had to add a little water to turn it into a paste. I think a smoother or more runny tahini would be better to use next time. Thanks for a simple and delicious recipe.
It is one of our favorites! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
