Romaine Tacos

Ingredients:

1 cup quiona
1 cup corn
1 tomato
Cilantro to taste
2 Tbls onion chopped
1/2 lime (juiced)
Tajin (to taste)
Avocado!  I almost forgot that ingredient!


Instructions:

Cook your quiona according to iinstructions, let cool.

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

Place quiona mixture onto romaine lettuce, and eat!  So good, so easy!  I had 3, and still had some mixture left over that I just tossed into a salad.
