Spicy Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Salad:
1 pkg. 6-8 oz pasta
1-2 cans black beans (I used 1 in the salad, and then some in the dressing and since I quadrupled the dressing I needed 2)
1/2 frozen corn (I used more!  Love corn!)
1/2 red pepper
1/2 of a hot chili pepper (I didn't use this, as that would be tooooo hot)
1/4 or more cilantro

Dressing:

3-4 Tbls black beans (now remember I made lots more dressing so use accordingly)
3-4 Tbls non dairy milk (I used soy)
1-3 Tbls lime juice
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. tumeric
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder or flakes
1/2 tsp. hot sauce of your choice
2 Tbls nutritional yeast
2 Tbls pickled jalapeno or chopped jalapeno and 1/2 tsp vinegar


Instructions:

Cook pasta accordingly, rinse in cold water.  Cut up vegetables, rinse black beans, then add these ingredients to a bowl.

In a blender mix salad dressing ingredients.  Pour over salad, mix it all together.  Enjoy!

Also throw in some avocados.  You can also use tomato paste in the dressing and add chili powder instead of the spices.
