Vegan Cream Cheese (Pick up Limes)

Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashews (soaked over night, or for several hours)
1 block firm tofu (drained and pressed)
3 cloves garlic
4 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tblsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt (opinion)
1/2 cracked black pepper

1/3 cup fresh chives
1/3 cup fresh dill
3 Tbls fresh basil

Place all ingredients except the herbs in a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Mix in the herbs and place in the fridge for an hours to blend the flavors.

Serve on toast, or bagels
