Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbls tamari (soy sauce, low salt)
1 large garlic clove minced (unless you have a high speed blender)
1 Tbls cornstarch, or arrowroot pwd.
2 Tbls Tahini
1 1/2 Tbls apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbls black strap molasses
1/2 tsp. honey or pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. sage
1/3 cup of onion chopped (I just threw it in my high speed blender)
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Place in a pan, and heat up until it thickens.
