Zucchini Poppers Plant Pure Nation

Ingredients:

4 cups grated zucchini
1 shredded onion
1/2 c nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbls cornstarch
1 Tbls miso
2 Tbls. tahini (I totally forgot this, and they turned our really good)
1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

After zucchini and onion are grated squeeze out the water in a dish towel.

Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix together well with your hands.

Make into oval balls, place on parchment paper and bake until crispy.  I baked mine for 40 minutes.  I think I made mine too big so next time I will make them smaller, and they will crisp up faster.
