Ingredients:
8 pieces bread (I used french)
1 cup chickpea flour
4 Tbls cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup plant milk
Instructions:
Blend all the dry ingredients together.
Slowly pour the plant milk into the dry ingredients and also add the vanilla, whisk as you pour.
Use a non stick pan or use a tiny bit of oil and fry on both sides of bread until golden brown. Serve with you favorite toppings.
