Ingredients:

1 cup oats
1 cup pitted medjol dates
2 Tbls cacao pwd.
1/4 vegan chocolate chips
1/4 tsp mint extract
If not using mint, add 2 Tbls powdered peanut butter

Instructions:

In a high speed blender, or food processor blend all ingredients until it forms a dough ball.

Flatten it out with your hand, and I made sure they were as thick as my larabars that I bought at the store, little less than a 1/2 inch.

Cut them, and wrap in saranwrap.
