Hot For Food's Cashew Sour Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup soaked cashews (if you have a high speed blender you only have to soak for a couple of hours, otherwise over night)
1/2 cup plant milk unsweetened
2 Tbls lemon juice
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic pwd
1/2 tsp. onion pwd.
1/4 tsp. sea salt (I used regular salt as I need the iodine)
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:

Put everything into a blender and blend it together until it's smooth without any chunks from the cashews.  Soaking really helps with this.  This thickens up as it sits in the fridge! 

This is my hubby's favorite!
