Black Bean Hash Instant Pot


1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 large potato cut into 1 inch chunks
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
1 Tbls chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 (15 oz) can black beans rinsed
1 cup frozen yellow corn (or canned) drained
1/2 cup water


Toss all ingredients into the Instant Pot.  Press manual and adjust cooking time to 2 minutes
Let the pressure come down naturally for 10 minutes.  Then release any extra pressure remaining.

Serve with your favorite tortillas or corn chips, and don't forget the avocado!
