Instant Pot Pinto Beans Copycat from Chipotle

Ingredients:

2 pounds dry pinto beans
1 medium onion roughly chopped
2 chipotle peppers from the can plus 2 tsp. of the sauce
Cumin to taste
6 cups water
1 small can green chilies
1 tsp soda (if you want to control gas!)  lol

Instructions:

Rinse and pick through beans. 

Place all ingredients in the instant pot, close to sealing.  On high pressure cook for 60 minutes
Let it release pressure naturally.

Serve with rice, or tacos or burrito bowls.  Whatever sounds good!
