19 oz lentils (I used 2 cups cooked, you can also buy canned)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet (or soy sauce)
1 cup finely chopped onions ( I precook them as my husband likes them that way)
1/2 -1 cup frozen peas
1/2-1 cup frozen corn
You can also add cooked mushrooms and carrots.
2 cups bread crumbs (I used panko, but you could make your own with dried wheat bread put in your blender)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and put them in a casserole. You don't have to spray the pan. It doesn't stick.
Then use mashed potatoes on top. I used yukon potatoes mashed with onion and garlic powder. Fat free.
Cook in a 350 degree preheated oven for 30 min, then broil until potatoes are toasted.
