Ingredients:
4-5 Champagne mangoes ripe!
1 can full fat coconut milk
Instructions:
Cut the mango into bite size pieces, and place them on a lined baking sheet covered with a silpat, or parchment paper.
Freeze until firm.
In a high speed blender or food processor, place the mango pieces and the coconut milk inside, and blend until smooth.
Scoop out into a silicone loaf pan, and freeze.
Enjoy!
