Sugar Free and Oil Free Brownies With Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup medjol pitted dates
1/2 cup plant milk
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Put everything in the blender, and blend until there are no more date chunks left.

I used cupcake liners, you could use a bit of oil in a tin if you like, or use a silicon cupcake mold.

Bake for 20-25 min


Banana Ice Cream:

1 frozen banana per person, let them thaw for 5 minutes.  Put them in a food processor or high speed blender and blend until you have a soft serve consistency.

Toppings:

Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, nuts, granola, mini chocolate chips, coconut.  Have I left anything out?
