How ever many potatoes you want, I can eat 4-5 on one sitting. You can eat a lot on this diet. Wash them good, slice them up with a nice sharp knife into french fries, or you an cube them as well for breakfast with the tofu scramble. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder on to taste.
Cook in a 450 degree oven until they are browned, usually 30-40 minutes.
