Yogurt in the Instant Pot

Ingredients:

1 quart of soy milk (It must only have 2 ingredients in it.  Soy beans and water)  If you use milk that has all the thickeners in it, this will not turn out.
1 pkg of Real Yogurt starter (I got this on Amazon.  I haven't used it in a while, and so I have kept it in the freezer)  It comes with 6 little packets.

Instructions:

Open your milk, and pour the contents of the starter directly into the quart.  Put the lid back on and shaker well.

Pour the milk into small pint glass jars, and place directly into the instant pot.  Do no put lids on the jars.

Place the lid onto the instant pot, put the valve to close and hit the yogurt button.  Adjust the time to 12 hours.

After it's done, allow jars to cool completely, place the lids on the jars and put in the fridge overnight.

Tadda!  You have yogurt!  If you want sour cream, drain the yogurt in cheese cloth until it has the right consistency for you.

This is probably the easiest recipe on my blog!  Enjoy!

Top with anything you like.  I added 1 tsp of pure maple syrup, raspberries, and a banana.

This has the same consistency of normal yogurt.
